The cremebrulatte was so delicious. We got the beignets, French Dip and one of the omelettes of the day. The French dip was delicious, it had the perfect amount of horseradish and the au jus was probably the best I've ever had. The fries came with a house honey mustard curry sauce, (I don't usually eat honey mustard) but it was so good. I was very impressed with it. The omelette was also amazing, it was had fresh herbs and was cooked perfectly. The beignets were soft, covered in powdered sugar, and served fresh. The staff was also very helpful and friendly. I'm glad we stopped in. We will be coming back to visit Chez Amie next time we're in Traverse City!

I think this is the best food I have ever eaten. I have Northern French heritage, and eating here has made me want to explore that heritage more. I don't really know what else to say. Service was great. Everyone was so nice to our LO.

Thrilled to see Patisserie Amie reborn as Chez Amie. The experience feels unchanged, and Chef Eric Fritch has brought back his classic dishes, some under new names. We've been following his cooking for fifteen years and made a point to stop in while passing through town. His food has left a lasting impression, and it still comes up in conversation even now that we live nearly a thousand miles away.

As huge fans of Patisserie Amie, we were excited to see Chef Eric open another brick and mortar and Chez Amie doesn't disappoint. It was great to see some familiar faces from the previous restaurant. The hostess is such a lovely person. The food is, of course, excellent! Do yourself a favor, and go to Chez Amie!
